Do You Deliver Raw Honey Across Canada or the USA?
Yes. We offer delivery through our website with shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Who Harvests Your Raw Honey?
All our honey is hand-harvested by Todor Donchev, a passionate beekeeper with over 30 years of experience. Learn more in our Our Story.

What’s the Difference Between Yellow and Black Honeycomb?
Yellow comb is freshly built for storing honey. Black comb, used for raising brood, is darker due to pollen, propolis, and wear — and equally delicious and nutritious.

How Is Your Honey Harvested?
Our raw honey is hand-extracted from 300 hives in Mascouche and Cap Saint-Jacques. No heating, filtering, or additives — just pure, natural goodness.

How Is Your Raw Honey Different From Store-Bought Honey?
Unlike commercial honey, ours is unfiltered and unpasteurized — free from additives, sugars, and antibiotics — preserving all natural nutrients and enzymes.

What Does ‘Raw’ Honey Really Mean?
Raw honey is pure and untreated — not heated or filtered. It retains pollen, propolis, wax, and all its health-boosting nutrients.

Why Does Raw Honey Crystallize? Is That Normal?
Yes! Crystallization is a natural process that confirms your honey is raw. Simply warm the sealed jar in hot water to liquefy it again.

Does Raw Honey Expire?
No. When stored in a sealed glass jar, raw honey can last indefinitely thanks to its natural antimicrobial properties. Even 100-year-old honey is safe to eat!

Why Does Honey Come in Different Colors?
Floral sources impact honey color. Lighter varieties come from clover and wildflowers; darker ones from buckwheat and forest flora. Each type has a unique flavor.
