Thank you for shopping with Miel D’or, your source for premium, raw, unpasteurized honey harvested with care in Quebec. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship our products.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All provinces and territories across Canada
- For U.S. or international inquiries, please contact us at mieldorlaval@gmail.com
2. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified if significant delays occur.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Estimated delivery time:
Quebec & Ontario: 2–5 business days
Rest of Canada: 3–8 business days
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
6. Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your jar arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us immediately at mieldorlaval@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. Miel D’or is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
