Meet the family
Three decades of beekeeping, one family, one hive at a time.
Miel D'or started with a single hive and a love for the craft. Today our master beekeeper Todor brings over 30 years of hands-on experience to every harvest, working the forests of Mascouche and Cap Saint-Jacques by hand, the way it has always been done.
We're not a factory. We're a family. When you reserve a jar, you're buying honey from the people who raised the bees, watched the seasons, and filled it themselves.

Unpasteurized
We never heat-treat our honey. This ensures it retains its natural enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, and raw nutritional benefits, exactly as the bees intended.
Unfiltered

Hand-harvested
Every drop is collected by hand using eco-friendly, sustainable beekeeping practices that prioritize bee health and biodiversity.
Pure
No additives. No artificial ingredients. Just pure, raw honey straight from the hive.
